Accommodation can be booked during the registration process in the
registration area,
however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodation, you need to email the
Conference Secretariat at this link with your booking request.
Effective 21 November 2008, all rates are expressed in US dollars.
Accommodation Booking Policy: Any room request submitted that is not paid in full by 14 May 2009 is not a confirmed booking. These bookings will be on a request only basis until payment is received.
While many hotels allow you to hold a room with a credit card number, we must pay in advance due to the number of rooms that we have secured for the Conference. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your room reservation until we receive payment in full.
Cancellation Policy: Any room cancelled by 14 May 2009 will receive a full refund. A room canceled at least two weeks prior to arrival, will be penalized for one night’s stay. Rooms cancelled within two weeks of arrival will receive no refund.
Changes: Once a hotel is confirmed, any changes to arrival date or length of stay are at the discretion of the hotel. Please email the Conference Secretariat at this link if you need to request any changes and we will be happy to assist you. If you choose to add accommodation nights directly with the hotel and Common Ground is billed for these nights, we will bill the credit card that we have on file for you.
After your original registration, payment for additional accommodations, dinners and/or tours will be charged to the credit card that we have on file for you.
If you prefer that an alternate card be charged, please submit the new card number when submitting your amended booking request.
